This site is operated by Theta Warrior Pro (“we”, “our”). We collect only the information we need to run the site, respond to you, and improve what we publish. Our goal is straightforward: keep your data safe, use it transparently, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location. Aggregated and anonymized at the device level.
- Contact form submissions. If you use the form on the Contact page, we receive the name, email, and message you send. Used only to reply.
- Account & order data. If you sign up for Theta Warrior Elite or buy from the shop, we collect what’s needed to fulfill that — name, email, billing details. Payments are processed by third parties; we never store full card numbers.
- Cookies. Essential cookies that keep the site working, plus analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- Improve the content we publish based on what’s read and shared
- Respond to questions you send us
- Deliver membership content, alerts, and merchandise you’ve purchased
- Send occasional updates if you’ve opted in
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through the Google Site Kit plugin. When you visit a page, Google Analytics drops cookies in your browser and sends anonymized data to Google’s servers: pages viewed, time on page, traffic source, approximate location (derived from IP), and device, browser, and operating system info. We use these reports to understand what content is read and to improve what we publish. We’ve configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where supported, and we do not use Analytics data for personalized advertising.
Data collected by Google Analytics is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking — on this site and any other — by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also disable analytics cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect access to the site.
Google retains analytics data in line with GA4’s standard windows (currently 14 months for user-level data and 2 months for events, by default).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third-party services we use to run the site:
- Google (Analytics, Site Kit)
- Payment processors for orders (Stripe and similar)
- Email service if you’ve subscribed (MailPoet)
- Hosting and backup providers
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers outside the services above.
Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Use the Contact page to reach us.
If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA — including data portability and the right to object to certain processing.
Cookies

Children
The site isn’t intended for, and isn’t directed to, anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

Risk disclosure
Trading options and other financial instruments involves real, substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you put at risk. Options trading is not suitable for everyone.
Specifically:
- Options can expire worthless. The premium you pay is fully at risk — long calls and long puts can lose 100% of their cost.
- Leverage amplifies losses as well as gains. A small move in the underlying can produce an outsized percentage move in your position.
- Time decay erodes the value of long options every day the underlying doesn’t move in your favor.
- Selling options can produce losses many times larger than the premium received — uncovered (naked) positions carry theoretically unlimited risk.
- Trading on margin can cost you more than your initial deposit. Margin calls can force you to close positions at unfavorable prices.
- Implied volatility, dividends, and interest rates move option prices in ways that aren’t always intuitive — even when the underlying moves in your favor.
- Markets gap, become illiquid, and move against expectations without warning. Stop orders are not guaranteed to execute at the requested price.
Before trading options, you should read and understand the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (the “ODD”) published by the Options Clearing Corporation. Your broker is required to make this document available before approving you for options trading — read it.

- Resell or share paid memberships, alerts, or other gated content with anyone else
Memberships and purchases
If you join Theta Warrior Elite or buy anything else from the site, the specific terms of that purchase — billing frequency, cancellation policy, and any product-level details — are listed on the product page at the time of purchase and apply alongside these Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Members are free to cancel at any time. Cancellation does not generate a refund — if you begin your subscription on January 1 and cancel on January 2, you will retain access until February 1, and your account will be removed from the membership at that time. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone, at any time, for any reason. There are no refunds of any kind.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — copy, images, charts, video, code, branding — is owned by Theta Warrior Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify it without our written permission.
User-submitted content
If you post comments or submit content through the site, you grant Theta Warrior Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the site.
Third-party links
We sometimes link to third-party sites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
